America’s Top Dentists Award - fourth time!

Each year the Consumers’ Research Council of America evaluates practicing dentists in the United States. They arrive at an annual list of America’s Top Dentists by ranking dental professionals on a point system. The criterion for that system considers:

• Years of experience in clinical practice.
• Cumulative training; initial education and continuing education.
• Areas of specialty recognized by the American Dental Association (Board certifications).
• Membership in professional associations.

These objective measurements avoid the potential emotional and personal biases of traditional surveys.

With a deep sense of personal pride in the practice, Dr Alkhoury and his staff are thrilled with the recognition. Brentwood Family Dental: Talk of the Town again in 2012!

Brentwood, CA (January 9, 2012): Bentwood Family Dental has again been honored with the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in 2012 by Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), in the “dentists” category of the “health and medical” sector.

Talk of the Town is an independent research organization that rates businesses based on real customer reviews from Web sites, social networks, business rating services, and blogs. Only those businesses which score a four to five star rating qualify for the Customer Satisfaction Award. CMUS researchers devoted more than 6,000 hours to analysis of data from a variety of Web sites relating customer experiences to determine this year’s winners.

Dr. Jamil Alkhoury and the team at Brentwood Family Dental are pleased and appreciative to be considered worthy of this recognition. He believes that only by combining a commitment to professional excellence with an eye for artistry can patients receive the quality of dental care they deserve. Customer satisfaction is a natural by-product when that experience is delivered in a relaxed, compassionate environment.

While recognitions like Talk of the Town are wonderful affirmations, in Dr. Alkhoury’s opinion, the self-confident smiles of his patients following a restoration or cosmetic procedure are the real awards.

This (2012) is the third year that CMUS has recognized dental professionals for their contributions to customer satisfaction. Brentwood Family Dental also received the Talk of the Town award in 2011.

Brentwood Family Dental Receives the 2011 Talk of the Town Award

Brentwood, CA (June 13, 2011): Brentwood Family Dental has been named a recipient of the 2011 Customer Satisfaction Award for Excellence in Customer Care, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News and Celebration Media.

The award honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service, as reported by their customers through no-cost, user review websites. The reviews are analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a star rating system based on these data, which determines a business’ award eligibility.

To determine 2011 award recipients, Celebration Media’s dedicated team of researchers spent more than 6,000 hours analyzing data from multiple websites that detailed customer’s experiences at organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Among the types of organizations and professionals eligible to receive these awards are hospitals, dentists, accountants, physical therapists, veterinarians, optometrists, insurance, chiropractors, lawyers, financial planners, restaurants, bakeries, event centers, home improvement companies, florists, spas, salons and mortgage companies, in addition to several other categories.
