Convenient and straightforward – After the area to be treated is accessed, the dental implant is precisely placed in your jaw. If you have many missing teeth, as few as four implants can be used to sufficiently support an upper or lower arch. Your treatment plan is unique to you; we will discuss your needs well in advance of the day of implant placement.
Uneventful – After the implant is placed, we wait for it to fuse (or “osseointegrate”) to surrounding bone. On average, this process takes about six to 12 weeks. Once you have healed, we’ll place an abutment or connector piece on top, and then the finishing touch -- the restoration (crown, bridges, dentures).
